1.1 Appointment & Reservations

Late or missing refunds
  1. All beauty services require Prior Appointment (online, via phone, or in-person).
  2. All beauty services require Full Payment in advance to secure your booking.
  3. This payment is non-refundable but may be Rescheduled appointment  if cancellation is made under the following conditions: 
    • Cancellation ≥ 24 hours before appointment: Full payment amount may be applied to a new booking within 30 days.  
    • Late arrivals (15+minutes) Your appointment may be cancel Rescheduled appointment.

1.2 Rescheduling Policy

  1. Clients may Reschedule once within 30 days of original appointment, subject to availability. 
    • The credited amount CAN be transferred to other services or products of Higher Value.

1.3 Non-Transferable Cases

Credit CANNOT be: 

  • Combined with other promotions, or
  • Used for gift cards/cash redemption.

1.4 Health & Safety

  1. Clients must disclose allergies, skin conditions, or medical concerns before treatment.
  2. Jobelle Skin Solution reserves the right to refuse service if a client’s health condition poses a risk.

Service Guarantee

2.1 Warranty Coverage

Jobelle Skin Solution provides 7- day warranty period (from services date) for:

  • Incomplete Extraction: Visible blackheads/whiteheads remaining in treated areas
  • Procedure-Induced Inflammation: Post-treatment acne flare-ups with pus/redness 
  • Unexpected Sensitivity Reactions: Abnormal peeling, rashes, or swelling directly linked to service techniques.

2.2 Redo Policy

For qualified cases, clients will 

  • GET one complimentary redo treatment within 7 days of initial service.

2.3 Client Obligations

To claim warranty, clients must:

  • Report issues within 7 days via our outlet
  • Attend a mandatory consultation before redo services

2.4 Exclusions

  • Results affected by client aftercare non-compliance (e.g., sun exposure after facials)  
  • Expected temporary side effects (e.g., redness after extractions)  
  • Subjective dissatisfaction without technical flaws  
  • Services marked “Final Sale” (e.g., discounted/promotional treatments)
